How the rating works.
Four-fifths of the Grit rating is your win rate and the other fifth is how far behind you came back from, averaged over the games you won. (Leading start to finish adds nothing, and intentionally falling behind means handing over stacks and squares, which is how games are lost.) A game nobody finished counts as a loss for whoever left, and credits nobody.
